Mr. Fern is president of Time-to-Profit, a consultancy focused on project management and product development. His career in Information Technology and Product Development began in 1973. He has held director level positions with Sprint, Control Data Corporation, and TRW. He earned an MS in Technology Management from Pepperdine University in 1992 and his Project Management Professional designation in 1998. Ed teaches project management, business process improvement, and product development.

Director, Data Services · Implemented the Bankruptcy Notification product which reduced the average personal bankruptcy notification time from six weeks to seventy-two hours. This product generates in excess of $100K per month.
